WordPress Mauritius is a community of developers, designers, and WordPress enthusiasts across Mauritius, united by a passion for building, learning, and sharing everything WordPress.

WordPress is everywhere in Mauritius. From small blogs to large enterprises, so many people and organisations are building with it every day. But actually meeting them? That’s about as rare as finding a dodo. You either know someone who knows someone, or you stumble across them through the most indirect of routes. There was no common ground, no shared space, no community pulling everyone together.

That’s exactly what WordPress Mauritius is here to change. We want to bring everyone into the same room, from the freelancer building their first client site to the enterprise team running mission-critical WordPress infrastructure. Share ideas, swap war stories, discover what others are building, and uncover what WordPress can really do beyond what most people know. Because there’s a lot more to it than you might think.
